Here in the Blades edge mount, you will want to head to Forge Camp: Terror unfortunately as good as the drop rate is here, you will need to switch servers in order to keep the kills going.
Within 10 minutes of farming I was able to obtain 50 motes of fire, which seemed to be average for any other place. If someone is already at a location you hoped to farm, just head to one of the other four locations.
